We’re working with the wonderful WP-Cache plugin to help cache as static pages our articles. Hopefully this will reduce the load on mySQL when one of our articles gets dugg. We’re not entirely sure what the side effects will be (if any) but our limited testing shows that it’s nothing all that bad. If a page doesn’t load for you, simply refresh it and it should come right up. Some of the caching seems to take a few seconds.
