It would be nice if someone outlined what exactly has changed from Beryl to Compiz Fusion. In other words, is it worth upgrading to yet?

There’s some new effects and it looks a bunch smoother.
I would hold off on upgrading yet though, as this is not a stable release.

i’ve been a big hater of beryl/compiz before, but i have to be honest, that looked pretty nice. i just hope the recommended hardware specs aren’t crazy.
