We at AG thought it’d be a good idea to throw in random lists to keep us sane during this time of year as it tends to be hectic or annoying whether you recognize the holidays or not. My first list is to assist those trying to end a relationship when words just don’t seem to work.

gifts.jpg1. A copy of “He’s Just Not That Into You” and “It’s Called a Break-Up Because It’s Broken” (good for either gender)
2. A DVD of Sybil, with a card that reads, “It reminded me of you.”
3. A paid membership to an online dating site… and make sure to say, “It was a buy one get one free deal.”
4. A” For New Years Eve” basket filled with slippers, a single bowl, a single spoon, flannel pajama’s, a  bottle of Vodka, a box of Kleenex, and a coupon for a small container of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.
5. An embroidered pillow that reads, “Better Luck Next Time”
6. A little black book filled with phone numbers of their preferred gender. When they look confused, reassure them, “Oh it’s not for now, it’s for after the holidays.”
7. Adopt them a pet you’re allergic to.
8. A ticket to a singles cruise far far far away from there.
9. A picture of you in a frame with the engraving “My Ex”
10. A T-Shirt that reads “My boy/girl friend broke up with me and all I got was this lousy t-shirt”

    Jonathon? lol no, sadly it’s me (Ghic Chic aka Dawn) who is cruel. I can’t help it! I felt there was a population out there who might be stuck for odd gift ideas ;-)

    I found them funny. All I could think was those poor unsuspecting men/women on the dating site…In the spirit of Thanksgiving…talk about trying to get rid of leftovers, lol Good article!
