Cruising around the net, I found these great deals for anyone looking to make a nice gaming rig. Here’s a great motherboard (the one I’m currently using) that’s SLI ready, and some memory and an Intel quad core that’s very amenable to overclocking. And some other great deals on hard drives as well.

And if you’re looking for an external drive, Circuit City has a 320GB USB 2.0 external for about $64. That’s like 20 cents a GB.
