Tom Tom 720, 2 day shipping, racing with Grid, 32 GB of flash memory and Shaft (Shaft!) - all part of Monday’s deals

Let’s start with the shipping bit, as that’s how you get just about everything to you, right?  Amazon’s giving a month free when you sign up with their Amazon Prime services.  2 day shipping on all the stuff you order from Amazon.  Upgrade to 1 day for a flat rate of $3.99.  It does carry a $79 annual fee - if you order a lot from the big A it’s certainly worth it.

The big deal this morning is the TomTom Go 720 for $305.59.  That’s $144.56 off regular price, with free shipping.  It’s only good until 1pm EST today though, so if you want it, grab it now.  Also, if you sign up for Amazon’s Bill Me Later program, you’ll save $20 on the purchase by entering the code “BMLDEALS” when you check out.   I’ve used TomTom Go’s before and they are by far my favorite GPS systems.

If you’ve got a PS3 and are into racing games, Amazon has Grid available for $59.99, same deal with Bill Me Later - $10 off of a $50 purchase, and free shipping of course.  While you’re at it, you can get it for the Xbox with the same deal, or for the PC for $38.99.  Go get your race on dammit!  EDIT:  Price just dropped to $39.99 for the PS3.  Nice!

New Egg has a 32 GB Flash thumb drive up for $97.99 plus $6.99 in shipping.  You can use this mail in rebate to shave $25 off the price though.

No to our most important deal of the day.  Superfly - the album.  Curtis Mayfield at his best in this soundtrack for the ages.  Oh, did we mention it’s only $1.99 for the full album as an MP3 download?  Shaft!
