Studiously avoid talking like a pirate with todays’ deals - Wii games, Megadeth, Flip video, DVDs, Warcraft GPS and more

Friday has arrive, and with it a bunch of neat things to buy, economy be damned!  At least, that’s what I’d love to say - truth to tell I’m on a budget, so finding cheap stuff is always helpful.  We have today thrash metal gods, Wii pinball, Flips, DVDs, Warcraft, GPS and some other stuff.  And please note, no talking like a pirate here.

First, Megadeth’s album The System has Failed is available as a digital download, blessedly DRM free for $2.99.

Got a Wii?  Here’s your chance at deals all day long. Wii gold box deals all throughout the day at Amazon.com

White seems to be the color of cheap when it comes to external hard drives.  The Western Digital My Passport 160GB external hard drive in white is $76.24.  Larger sizes and different colors cost a bit more but all are discounted.

The Classic Flip Video 60 minute is$89.99, which is 40% off.  If you’ve read this site in the past you know that I love this little recorder.

If you have a Wii, you may be interested in the Pinball Hall of Fame: Williams Collection although I’m not sure who Williams is.

Order, pre-order or take a gander at the Top 2008 box office performers at Amazon.  Those available for order or pre-order are often at a decent discount.

GoGamer has the World of Warcraft Battle Chest on sale for $29.99.  Pick up the Lich King expansion for $39.90 at the same place.

Lastly, if GPS is your game, pick up a Pharos 4.3″ GPS unit for $139.99 - $110.00 off from Newegg.  Never be lost again matey!  Arrrr!  Sorry.
