Nearly everyone has had or used a number of e-mail services in their lifetime. I am now a staunch defender of Gmail, after four years of watching it evolve. Now, with an attractive theme, cool shortcuts, and the layout just the way I like it, I feel as comfortable with Gmail as I do in my own living room at home.
