Sudowin – The app to make Windows Limited User Accounts Useable?

While wandering around the net, I came across what looks to be a great little application called sudowin. In Linux, you can run a program with temporarily elevated priviliges using the sudo command. Using sudo4win, you can get the same functionality in Windows.
