I also have WinXP and Ubuntu. I haven’t blown away my MBR, but we all now Win needs to re-install from scracth from time to time when it starts to get slower.

I learned the where you terminate all processes before syncing the disks. This makes remembering it much easier as it is simply “BUSIER” backwards.

I was really looking forward to Bionic Commando, as soon as it was out I went to buy it. How dissapointed I was! :(.

The shooting was just awfull, it didn’t feel right at all. The storyline was totally dire. The only real good things were fairly decent graphics and some nice presentations.

Avoid this game!!

iPhone killer? I think not. Interesting piece of hardware I’d love to own? Absolutely.

Apple has the current monopoly on cool. It’s an established product line and an established cultural identity. Sony won’t knock them off the pedestal unless they come out with a truly revolutionary piece of hardware with amazing software on it.

But they still may come up with a good alternative.

Vista is not upto the mark in my opinion !! Lot of software problems … it knocks off the entire internet network of the office or home when I connect Vista loaded laptop to the network ! :(( I am still using XP and looking forward to Windows 7

Such statements are very common I guess !! I used to work for a Customer Support Campaign for Software before. I was once bombarded by a lady for over 30 minutes … stating she is not able to see anything in the screen after installing the software. I tried to explain to her in several ways but she would not listen. I was so frustrated that I told her she must be having her monitor switched off or have the computer TV mode and laughed sarcastically so give an idea I was joking and nothing offensive. TO MY HORROR the lady started laughing and told “Sorry dear … I have been very rude with you. My system is in TV mode only” HUH!!!!!

Good Gracious!!!!Can I have more insight on the problem please. I wanted to buy the iPhone when it was launched but waited as the first one would mostly be a trial and error piece. When the iphone 3G was launched I really wanted to buy but di go for it as it din have the basic Video function. When I saw iPhone 3Gs had it all I wanted to for it and this has come as a surprise for me!! :(. How about Nokia PDA ??

No site is secure with all the personal details displayed and available for everyone to see!!! Aslong its an entertainment or for business its different … but talking about privacy and security is more funny here (Social Networking Sites).

I think the bigger point would be being able to play any PC game on a linux box, being as there aren’t many that are compatible with wine/cedega. PS3 is just a bonus.

I’ve been having problems subscribing to this feed. It lets me subscribe and it loads in the rss reader program I use (which is netnewswire for mac) but it’s not showing new posts. A few duplicates too. Am I using the wrong url perhaps?
