This is almost the dice app I've been searching for! It looks amazingly pretty, the dice actually roll on screen with a flip of your phone or pod, the sounds are good, and it even rolls higher than a 5 on six sided dice! You can skin your dice in various ways to play good old 6 sided games, poker or what have you.

Diceshaker is another handy app to have if you're into rolling multiples of d8's on your iPhone or iPod Touch. It's a bit more flexible than the previous apps I've looked at in that you have more dice / multiples to choose from.

Koi Pond is really very lovely to look at. The water is done wonderfully, reacts well to touch and has nice splooshy sound effects. The fish act naturally and will dart around your screen if disturbed, as advertised. As you can see from the screen shots, it's quite beautiful to look at.

Proving once again that money doesn't necessarily always flow towards the smartest individuals, someone has released the "I am Rich" app to the Apple App Store. This $999 app does nothing but display an image of a ruby on your iPhone or iPod touch. Why? So you can show everyone how much of a rich bastard you are, being able to afford to drop a grand on a picture of a ruby.
