Use Nvidia?  Valve has free games for you!  Use ATI?  Free games too!

If you've got some bastardized desktop with both ATI and Nvidia installed then you've just been hit by two branches of the lucky tree.  Nvidia (my preferred brand) offers a bit more in the way of free games, but ATI has some stuff as well.
