Video game adaptations of movies are notoriously awful, as are movie adaptations of video games. Case in point: the Spiderman games suffered from clunky controls and the Tomb Raider movies were overly dramatized and unfaithful to the video game character designs. Games like these are usually shovelware (that is, games that are produced quickly and cheaply in order to get the game in stores as quickly as possible to take advantage of hype). Even though these games are notoriously bad, affiliation with popular movies usually causes them to receive fairly good sales results based on name-recognition.

A short while back, I decided I needed to get a handle on my music collection. I've got random MP3s from years back, purchased MP3s, CDs and even an old 8 track or two. There are many ways to do go about this, but after throwing out the 8 tracks, here's what I did to get organized.

Not too long ago I posted a deal where Rhapsody was letting you download the entire Led Zeppelin collection for $9.99. Sadly the deal is gone, but I'm sure a lot of people took advantage of it and other deals from Rhapsody. Astute Reddit reader Keck noticed that while the songs are DRM free, they do contain tags pointing to your download info.
